Shipping Information -

Next day air freight orders for in-stock products placed with Craftworktools.com before 12:00 P.M. (noon) Eastern Time M-F (except holidays) will be shipped on the same business day. All other orders will ship the next business day. We will e-mail you with an order acknowledgement to signify that your order has been received. If you do not receive an e-mail then Craftworktools.com did not receive your order.

Shipping Carrier -

Craftworktools.com will, wherever practical, use UPS as its carrier. As a result, we require a physical street address for all orders. UPS will not deliver to post office boxes.

When we ship your order you will receive an e-mail notification that will include a UPS Tracking Number. This will allow you to follow the progress of your order until the time of delivery by linking to the UPS Tracking site. If motor freight is needed, you will be notified in your order acknowledgement and tracking information will be provided by e-mail at the time of shipment.

For most orders UPS ground service used. Exceptions are items that fall beyond the UPS weight or size limitations. Motor freight shipments will be made FOB shipping point, freight pre-paid (PPD) and billed separately. Any exceptions must be agreed to prior to shipment. Craftworktools.com reserves the right to ship via the most economical means. If alternative shipping means are requested by the buyer, the buyer assumes the additional transportation cost. If buyer requests a portion of the order to be shipped prior to original scheduled date, the buyer may incur additional shipping and handling charges.

When motor freight is used, the Buyer agrees to accept the responsibility of ownership once the carrier accepts the material. To recover for loss or damage occurring during transit, the Buyer shall file a claim with the carrier for that loss or damage. If the material is lost or damaged on a UPS shipment, it should be immediately reported to the UPS driver and reported to Craftworktools.com for the processing of the claim. Craftworktools.com will not ship partial shipments unless there is prior mutual agreement with the Buyer.

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and Canada -

Craftworktools.com can accommodate these destinations using the services provided by UPS on a "prepaid and add" basis. If practical, we can also accommodate large shipments using motor freight on a FOB shipping point, freight collect basis. Any exceptions must be agreed to prior to shipment. For shipments requiring additional customs documentation, there will be a minimal handling charge applied to the invoice.

Overnight Shipments -

Craftworktools.com can accommodate your request using the services available from UPS. Again, the material must be in stock and the order must be received by 12:00 P.M. (noon) Eastern Time M-F (except holidays) to ship on the same business day. Orders received after 12:00 P.M. (noon) will ship the next business day. These freight charges will be added to the invoice.

Other International Orders -

At this time, Craftworktools.com is unable to accommodate non-US Bank issued credit cards for shipping destinations in or outside of the United States, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and Canada. We reserve the right to change this policy in the future. Orders shipped to Canada will have their regional taxes collected at the time of delivery.

Delivery -

The shipment date assigned to an order is approximate, and every effort will be made to maintain that shipping schedule. However, unless stated otherwise in writing, Craftworktools.com accepts no responsibility for penalty due to shipping delays.

Pricing -

Pricing shown is current, but is subject to change without notice. In the event that a product is on promotion, the price charged will be the price in effect the day the order is placed. Quantity pricing discounts will automatically be applied, if applicable. Orders that are received prior to the effective date of a price change will be accepted at the price in effect at the time of ordering and billed accordingly.

Back Orders -

There may be occasions that we will be out of stock on some portion of your order. If an ordered item is out of stock, you will be notified through your order acknowledgement. We will advise you of the anticipated shipping date and you will have the option to cancel the order or accept the date. You can also accept a partial shipment and then cancel or maintain the backorder.

Payment Options -

Orders can be charged to any one of the following major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, and PayPal within the United States or Canada.

In the unlikely event unauthorized use of your credit card occurs, follow the reporting procedures defined by your credit card provider and contact us immediately. Most credit card companies cover all charges that result from unauthorized use of your credit card or may limit your liability to $50.00, the maximum liability allowed under the Fair Credit Billing Act. For additional information on the Fair Credit Billing Act, contact the Bureau of Consumer Protection or visit the Federal Trade Commission web site at www.ftc.gov.

If your credit card company holds you liable for unauthorized charges made as a result of your credit card purchase from Craftworktools.com while using our secure server, we will reimburse you for the remaining liability, up to the maximum of $50.00.

If, after inspecting your order, you are not totally satisfied, it may be returned with a return authorization within fifteen (15) days of receipt of your order. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. To ensure prompt handling, all returns must be authorized in advance.

Please e-mail us for a return authorization number at sales@Craftworktools.com. Also, at this time you must notify us to either issue a credit card credit or a replacement for the return. The return authorization number will help us keep track of your shipment on its way back to Craftworktools.com. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

After 15 days, the manufacturer's warranty covers customer satisfaction and product performance. Contact us by e-mail for details of a particular manufacturer's warranty.

Additional Details

The return authorization number must be clearly and visibly marked on the outside of the package. All returns must be sent prepaid to:

Please do not accept a package at the time of delivery if it has been opened or damaged. If damage is noticed after opening the packaging, please keep all original packaging, as UPS may want to inspect it as part of their claim processing. Notify Craftworktools.com immediately so that we may process the claim and make arrangements for a replacement.

If we receive return merchandise that is incomplete, is missing the original packaging or is in obviously used or worn condition, we reserve the right to make an adjustment in the amount of your refund. If this rare situation should occur, we will contact you and make every effort to work out a fair solution for both parties.
